Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our highest concern.
All items have a 30 day money back guarantee. We cannot accept returns of merchandise that is used, laundered, or soiled. Opened liners cannot be returned. All items must be returned in original packaging and condition. Please make sure your order number is listed either on the inside or the outside of the package. This will assist us in crediting your account in a timely fashion.

Returns sent to an address other than the one given WILL be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
All accessories that are returned will be charged a 25% restocking fee. (An accessory is anything other than a shower curtain)
We recommend that you insure the package for your protection so that if it is lost or damaged in transit, you could retrieve your money for the items from the shipping company you chose.
After we receive your return, we will credit your card back the price of the returned items (all shipping costs are non-refundable)
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order by sending us a message from our contact page prior to shipment. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns Policy will take effect.
Product Inspection
As soon as you receive your order, please inspect every item thoroughly. If you receive a broken item upon delivery, we must be informed of the broken item within 10 business days from the day you received the package, otherwise, the item becomes your property.

Unfortunately, we do not manufacture or sell custom shower curtains.
Accessories and Items Not Shown
Unfortunately, we do not manufacture or sell accessories or curtains other than those displayed on our site. We do update our inventory regularly, so please visit our site often.
Shipping Charges
Our ground (UPS) shipping charges are based on a flat rate of $7.95 with $1 per each additional item that you are ordering. The shipping charge for 2nd Day Air is based on weight of the items you are ordering. We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time. Please be aware that we do not ship to PO Boxes.
