Your satisfaction is our highest concern.
All items have a 30 day money back guarantee (opened liners and washed items are excluded and cannot be returned).

Returns sent to an address other then the one given WILL be assessed a 25% restocking fee.
All accessories that are returned will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
All items must be returned in original packaging and condition.
We recommend that you insure the package for your protection so that if it is lost or damaged in transit, you could retrieve your money for the items from the shipping company you chose.
After we receive your return, we will credit your card back the price of the returned items (all shipping costs are non-refundable)
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order by calling 877-228-4927 any time prior to shipment. Once an item is shipped the terms of our Returns Policy will take effect.
Product Inspection
As soon as you receive your order, please inspect every item thoroughly. If you receive a broken item upon delivery, we must be informed of the broken item within 10 business days from the day you received the package, otherwise, the item becomes your property.

Unfortunately, we do not manufacture or sell accessories or curtains other than those displayed on our site. We do update our inventory regularly, so please visit our site often.

Our shipping charges are based entirely on the weight of your order. The shipping charge will be calculated at checkout based on the rates provided by the shipping companies.
